J&K Police nabs drug peddlers with poppy straw Jammu, Nov 1 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested two drug peddlers with a contraband of poppy straw in Rajbagh area of Kathua district. Police said that two drug peddlers have been arrested in village Jakhole of Rajbagh with and recovered approximately 10.500 kg poppy straw (Bhukki). The peddlers were nabbed during by the police team on-duty when they were coming from Dinga Amb side towards Rajbagh under suspicious circumstances. During frisking, approximately 10.500 kilograms of Bhukki was recovered from their possession of drug peddlers namely Rasheed of Bakhta, Kathua and Koushail Ahmed of Chanpura, Kathua. A case under relevant sections is registered and investigation is taken up. UNI VBH
